Horizontal pleated skirt by Analog Me

There are a lot of ways to make skirt. Most of the time we see crafters/seamstresses putting their own spin on classic design by adding frills and ruffles, varying colors, embellishing etc. But every once in a while I come across a skirt design that is truly unique and when that happens, I love to give a shout out to the seamstress.
